From Left to Right: Republicans, State Representative Jim DeCesare (Bowling Green), US Senator Rand (Bowling Green), and KY Senate President David Williams (Burkesville) address reporters during a press conference at the state capitol in Frankfort after Senator Paul addressed the Senate and encouraged them to hold a Constitutional Convention to have a Balanced Budget Amendment in order to encourage the Federal Government to balance the national budget. Paul simply states "NO" in response to a question about whether or not he will endorse a candidate in the KY Governor's race that Williams is running in.

Kentucky House of Representatives, Republican, Minority Leader, Jeff Hoover of Jamestown speaks before a crowded capitol rotunda in Frankfort. The crowd was full of fellow Republican House members, Republican House candidates, as well as members of the media and the Republican Party. The press conference discussed the Republican agenda for the 2011 legislative session, provided they gain a majority of the members in the chamber.
