From Left to Right: Republicans, State Representative Jim DeCesare (Bowling Green), US Senator Rand (Bowling Green), and KY Senate President David Williams (Burkesville) address reporters during a press conference at the state capitol in Frankfort after Senator Paul addressed the Senate and encouraged them to hold a Constitutional Convention to have a Balanced Budget Amendment in order to encourage the Federal Government to balance the national budget. Paul simply states "NO" in response to a question about whether or not he will endorse a candidate in the KY Governor's race that Williams is running in.
