The newly opened hot spot for WKU students, Hilligans, formerly known as Froggy's which unexpectedly closed last spring due to legal troubles, was slightly less than full on the first (thirsty) Thursday of the new school year. The local bar and grill is located on the corner of College and 13th Streets.
